Shipping Information:

OME Enterprises will ship all products within 2-3 business days. If a situation arises that will delay your order, we will contact you by phone or email. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All shipments are sent via UPS. We do not ship outside the continental USA.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All products have a 10-day money back guarantee. OME Enterprises must be notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order should you want to return merchandise. Items should be returned in the original product packaging. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold. Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange. Please contact us at customerservice@omeenterprises.com before returning any items.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the 10 day return period. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. All shipping fees to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. No restocking fee on exchanges.

OME Enterprises is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or its distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer.

Damage If your order is damaged by the carrier, it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the carrier.

Exchanging Merchandise We will accept most exchanges. We will not allow exchanges if: 1. Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days. 2. Merchandise is broken (mishandled) by the purchaser. 3. Merchandise is used or not in resalable condition. All exchanges must be preauthorized. No restocking fee on exchanges. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet shipped. There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.
